72 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a charge of 50% of the service fee. Appointments canceled within 72 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time.
